What is Baby Yoga?
Baby Yoga is one of the easiest and most beautiful ways of providing early positive interaction through bonding, trust and relief. Baby Yoga incorporates gentle movements, massage and breathing exercises for both parent and baby.
What are the benefits of baby yoga?
Ten minutes of parent and baby yoga, two or three times a week helps make more confident adult-infant relationships, babies love it and it can help alleviate many common baby ailments.
